The Cottage
Our cottage is detached from the main house and decorated in a relaxing beach theme, offering a private and peaceful getaway. This guest suite features a king-sized bed, a separate living room with a futon, and an eat-in kitchenette. The space opens onto a private patio that leads directly into a large, fenced-in backyard. Families with children are welcome in The Cottage.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker, along with dishes, utensils, and cookware. For your entertainment and convenience, smart TV's, and free high-speed internet are provided.
The private patio includes a gas grill, a dining table, and lounge chairs—the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine or a local Dogfish Head beer. In the mornings, join us for a full breakfast in the Main House, or choose to have it delivered directly to the cottage.

Dog-Friendly Stay
We are proudly dog-friendly and welcome up to three dogs. We provide dedicated doggie sheets for the bed and towels for post-beach cleaning.

As with every stay at The Homestead, Cottage guests receive full access to all amenities, including the pool, game room, bocce court, and additional shared spaces throughout the property.
