The Cottage

Our new Cottage is decorated in a comfortable, relaxing beach theme that is just right for you and your pets.  No worries...the pets can relax in the sitting area, near the counter when you have a snack, or play in the private fenced in backyard.

There is a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot along with dishes, utensils and a couple pans.  Although we provide a small baggie with ice...large quantities are purchased by the guest.  The freezer is too small for alot of ice.   

There are two bedrooms: Sea Shell has king and can be converted to twins upon request and the Sea Glass has a queen size bed and sitting area.  Bedrooms have sheets and there are towels in the bathroom enough for the two bedrooms.

Cable TV, dvd player and free high speed internet is provided.  Security code provided at check in.

The private patio has a gas grill, table and chairs along with lounge chairs where you can relax, read a book, have a glass of wine or a Dog Fish Head beer from our local brewery.

A continental breakfast is provided in the main house each morning from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m.  There is a refrigerator in the cottage to bring your own items, too.  

The Cottge can accommodate up to 4 adult guests.  No extra guests in the Cottage due to insurance regulations.  Children over 12 can be considered with prior notification.  No children in the main house so a continental breakfast basket would be provided to the Cottage.

No more than 3 dogs and prior approval for dogs over 85 lbs.  The pet fee per dog is $25.00 one-time fee.

If you are going to book the Cottage, we require a 2 night minimum. 

Rates:

In Season (Memorial Day to end of September):  $250.00 per night 

Pre-Season (Mar/April):  $220.00    Post-Season (Oct/Nov): $180.00    Winter (Dec/Jan/Feb):  Call for Rates

A one-night stay deposit is required.  All reservations are booked by phone.  The Cottage is not on our reservation at this time.
