Our Policies

• ADULTS only.
• Non-Smoking We have a designated area for our smoking guests.
• Check in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Late arrival with prior arrangement. Arrivals after 11:00 p.m. will be charged $25.00 fee.
• Check out @ 11 A.M.
• Credit card required when you book your reservation.
• Deposit - no deposit is taken at the time the reservation is made, however if you cancel less than 10 days before date of arrival, a one-night stay deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. See cancellation policy below.
• Balance due at check in. We can run a credit card or take cash. We do not accept checks.
• No refunds given for early departure, inclement weather or same day cancellations.
• Room rates are based on Single or Double Occupancy.
• No more than 2 people per room.
• Rates subject to change without notice.
• We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and Cash.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel 10 days before date of arrival, there is nothing to refund as we only take the credit card to have on file.
• If less than 10 days before date of arrival, you will forfeit your deposit (one-night stay)- we charge credit card on file.
• Cancellation on day of arrival - you will be charged for the entire stay against the credit card on file. If we can book any of the days being cancelled, we will reduce the amount charged.

Minimum stay:

• Two nights on Weekends (May 1 to Oct 1)
• Three nights on Holiday Weekends (May 1 to Oct 1)
